We participate in many events that are open to the Rootstown community. All are welcome!
Outdoor Service
Outdoor Service at Gracie Park, followed by a potluck picnic. Chicken and beverages will be provided. Please bring your own table service and food to share. Feel free to bring your lawn chairs - there are picnic tables and a few benches. There is also a catch and release pond in the park. All are always welcome!
The Chosen Bible Study
Join us for our next Bible Study on "The Chosen"
6 Week Bible Study on "The Chosen" Season 1, will begin on Wednesday February 28th. Meet in the Fellowship Room at 4:45 p.m. every Wednesday for dinner and to watch an episode and then discussion. Call Pastor Susan for details and study guide information.
Women's Advent Dinner
Our annual Women's Advent Candlelight Dinner and Service. Always a wonderful evening of good conversation, food and Readings and Carol singing.
Strawberry Festival
Come for strawberry desserts along with hot dogs, Sloppy Joes, chili dogs, chips, beans, beverages, live music, Chinese auction for beautiful baskets of goodies and other great items. There will be games for the kids, face painting and discount cards available to purchase. Community invited! All are welcome!
Blessing of the Pets
Blessing of the Pets during worship in the church hall. From elephants to kittens, all pets welcome! Just keep them safe on leashes, carriers, etc. Tell your friends. All are welcome!
Mother and Child Banquet
The Mother/child banquet always has good food, good conversation and a good program! We always have a fun activity planned. All are welcome!
